His parents move to another home; speakeasy numbers raise eyebrows
Anne and Julia Anne arrived at the Rome station shortly after nine, having ridden overnight on the train from Americus. “Mighty good to have them back home,” Mr. Lanham wrote.
His parents were close to completing their move. The junior Lanhams loaded their car with a few items the seniors might need and brought them over, then returned home for dinner.
