Finally, things started moving with the composition, the plan agreed upon with creditors of Lanham & Sons for what they will accept in repayment of debts.
“A hectic day, as our composition vote question came up in Judge Rowell’s court and we had quite a time getting it adjusted,” he wrote. After a good bit of maneuvering, “the vote was in our favor.”
