City-wide church training begins

It was a busy day for Mr. Lanham, who presided over a “large Police Court docket” in the morning, giving the name of one man for whom he heard “a serious charge against.” Business at the store was again poor. Even before he got to court, however, he found time after breakfast to plant three rose bushes, each a different variety.
