A quiet day in Tampa. Mrs. Culp went to the city market and to the post office to mail a letter to her sister, Else. No bridge game at the Bay View Hotel today. "Sat in lobby a while and talked," she concluded. Here's a vintage postcard from eBay showing the Tampa post office in the 1930s. Incidentally, it only cost a penny to mail a postcard then.
