After breakfast, a guide picked up the Culps “and a fat lady” and took them sight-seeing. They made stops at the Our Lady of Mercy Church “where the Priest showed us the inside (beautiful) and we bought some cards there,” she wrote. They also visited the old Columbus Cathedral and its cemetery. Here is a postcard of the Columbus Cathedral, found on eBay.
