It was a day packed with activity for Mrs. Culp and her circle. After more shopping around today, son William and daughter-in-law Jackie bought a six-piece, second-hand dinette set for $22.50 (about $443 in current money). They also got a telephone installed in their new apartment. (Mrs. Culp wrote down the number M.59911 and underlined it in her diary.)
