You may remember that the 10-storey Bay View Hotel, which opened in 1913, was located at 208 E. Jackson Street near Tampa's City Hall. Here’s an early postcard of the hotel, which was famous for its huge electric American flag sign on the roof. (Postcards below are from my personal collection.)
