It was the last day of the visit with sister Trude and her daughters. Walter Culp took them all out to eat at Shaeffer's Restaurant in Clearwater Beach. ("$2.75," noted Mrs. Culp) and then at 10:30 took them to the train station where they left for Atlanta on the Florida Sunbeam train. Here's a vintage postcard of that colorful train, from eBay.com.
