Else departed on the 5:30 p.m. bus to St. Petersburg. Mrs. Culp saw her off at the bus station, along with Mrs. Hulfshider. “I gave her some canned milk and soups, also her supper along, and a black polka dot dress and some black slips,” Mrs. Culp wrote.
