Mrs. Culp went shopping today, visiting Bucksbaum’s in Ybor City, a hub of Jewish merchants since the early 20th century. The U.S. 1940 Census lists Nathan Bucksbaum, a native of Pennsylvania, as a dry goods store owner, and his brother Joseph, who lived with him, as the store manager.
