Beautiful and expensive shoes, and the best-dressed women in Washington
The Culps and a friend, Mrs. G---, drove to St. Petersburg. Ever in search of comfortable footwear, Mrs. Culp wrote, "I bought 1 pair of white shoes at Foot Comfort shoe shop for $12.50."
