Mrs. Culp ran errands in town today, getting a license tag for her car, doing some shopping and exchanging books at the library. In the mailbox there was a letter from Frank and Mickey in Savannah. Walter was still overseeing the work of the two carpenters in St. Pete.

William’s return trip in his truck had been delayed by icy roads in Kentucky.
