The Culps looked at a few more houses in the morning. A Mr. Ellsworth checked into the Bay View and then took them to lunch at the famous Columbia Restaurant in Ybor City "for a Spanish dinner with red wine." It is still in business and still a favorite dining spot in Tampa. Here is a vintage postcard from ebay.
