Walter rents an office in St. Petersburg

The meetings and conversations Walter has been having the past few months about his future business prospects are coming to fruition. He rented an office in St. Petersburg on the fourth floor of the Florida Empire Building. His rent was $11.65 a month and it cost him over $5 to move his office furniture there, using William and his truck.
