Professor Hamilton's Diary: July 13, 1935
He has a humdrum day; Wallace sees the 'Hail, Caesar' picture
It was cooler today in Reading and Professor Hamilton “slept in” a bit. He continued typing his thesis, taking a break for lunch. In the evening he did some more yard work, wrote a note to his wife and settled in to read Walter Millis’s book The Road to War, 1914-1917. It had been published on January 1.
This first edition of the book is being offered by Rare Book Cellar.
