After working at home most of the day, Professor Hamilton again ate at the Thomas Jefferson Tea Room and then called on a colleague from Albright College. “Talked about affairs at the college, and he inquired about my thesis & ‘whne I wold get degree’!! Told me of a new professor — wife of the physics prof., also had PhD.” He was home at 10:30. Do I sense some professional jealousy here?
