Professor Hamilton returned to Scarsdale today for a final meeting with his advisor. “Margaret and the children came along for the ride,” he wrote. “Dr. Krout suggested some final changes and said I need not bring it back to him again.” The dilligent professor immediately returned to Bronxville “and began the revisions of the manuscript the final time. So went the afternoon.”

Don’t you know he is sick of typing and retyping that dissertation? Wouldn’t he be amazed to know about word processors and personal computers?
