He goes to church; the Birthday Ball begins at the Shoreham Hotel
As it was Sunday, Professor and Mrs. Hamilton attended services at the Bronxville Reformed Church. Perhaps because it was the sabbath day, he decided to rest. “In afternoon at home, outside — Talked, etc.” he wrote.
