Professor Hamilton's Diary: June 30, 1935

He goes to church and types some more; I begin a serialized novel for my paid subscribers

Professor Hamilton attended services at Christ Episcopal Church this morning and had a “big dinner” at the Thomas Jefferson Tea Room, one of his favorite places to eat in downtown Reading. He spent the rest of the day typing his thesis, not retiring until midnight.
