Professor Hamilton's Diary: June 4, 1935
He hears the opera tenor Paul Althouse; crusaders close the nudist club
I attended an outdoor concert this weekend, a post about which I sent to all subscribers a few minutes ago. Coincidentally, Professor Hamilton attended one tonight. My concert was classic rock and roll, his was classical music, with the famous tenor Paul Althouse singing opera pieces during the final performance of the Albright Music Festival.
Paid subscribers can read on about Althouse, Professor Hamilton’s take on the concert, and the closing of the infamous nudist club.
The photo of Paul Althouse is from the collection of the Library of Congress, accessed via Wikimedia Commons.
