They go grocery shopping; industrialist warns against sending women back to kitchen
Lowell came home and slept after working the night shift today, while Thelma washed out some clothes. When he awoke, they got “a large order of groceries,” buying also camera film, stamps and cards. They played cards in the afternoon before supper and listened to the radio in the evning before Lowell again reported to work.
