Lowell worked the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift this week. At their apartment, Thelma cleaned and washed out a few items of clothing in the sink, went to the grocery store, and wrote a few letters. The new dishes were delivered, and I am sure she was proud to serve Lowell his supper on them.
