'Not much doing' at their house; murdered butcher revealed to be a bigamist!
Alas, Lowell has the fountain pen again and in his cryptic way wrote today’s entry. “Not much doing, got home early.” Maybe he had time to read the Times Picayune, where the plot around the murder of the French Market butcher thickened once again.
